Here's How We Can Work Together
First, we’ll schedule a meeting to get to know each other. Next, we’ll make sure you have a good handle on timelines, financial details, and the overall process of buying or selling. We will run through all of your questions so that you have a good grasp on what to expect as we go. Finally, we will set up a search for your next property or get the ball rolling on preparing your property to list.
Buying
Waterview? Private yard? Two-car garage? A chef’s kitchen? Let’s chat about location, your budget, and wants to start on your search.
Selling
I will give an honest market analysis of your property, guide you in preparing to list, and work to get you a price to feel great about.
Relocating
Moving to Maine? I am happy to work with out-of-state Buyers to help secure a property for a future move to the Greater Portland area.
